The date for the 23rd installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is nearing. However, before this, many names have been removed from the PM Kisan Yojana due to ineligibility.
Eligible beneficiaries of the PM Kisan Yojana are expected to receive their 23rd installment soon. An announcement regarding the next installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme is expected soon. However, prior information has emerged that approximately 1.6 million names have been removed from Uttar Pradesh due to a lack of e-KYC. There are also reports of 245,000 suspicious farmers being removed from Bihar. An investigation in Bihar revealed that two members of the same family were receiving PM Kisan funds. is expected soon . Consequently, the names of suspicious farmers are being removed from the list. Farmers who have not created a Farmer ID or completed eKYC should be prepared for a setback.
22% of farmers in UP have not yet obtained their Farmer ID.
Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced that no negligence will be tolerated regarding Farmer IDs . He was asked to complete this work before June 30th at all costs. Despite this, 21.84% of farmers in Uttar Pradesh still do not have Farmer IDs. Approximately 2.88 crore farmers in the state had registered for PM Kisan. Of these, only 2.25 crore have applied for Farmer IDs so far.
In Bihar, two members of the same family were taking benefits.
Furthermore, during verification in Bihar, it was discovered that approximately 2.45 lakh beneficiaries were receiving PM Kisan funds from both husband and wife. However, according to the scheme's rules, only one of the husband and wife can benefit from the scheme. Similar verification processes are underway in several other states.

How to see name in the list
- First of all go to PM Kisan portal https://pmkisan.gov.in/
- Here you have to click on Beneficiary List .
- Now select the state, district, sub-district, block and village name and click on Get Report
- Not only will yours, but the names of all the people in your village who are on the list be revealed.
Check whether eKYC has been done or not, this is how the status is checked
- For this, visit the PM Kisan portal https://pmkisan.gov.in/
- Click on Know Your Status to know your status.
- Now enter your Registration Number and Captcha Code
- OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked to eKYC, enter it.
- The status of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi will be known.
