The Aam Aadmi Party government implemented the Pink Ticket Scheme in 2019, providing free travel to women on DTC buses in Delhi. Now, the Rekha Gupta government is linking this scheme to the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) platform. Under this scheme, 600,000 women in Delhi have already obtained Pink Saheli smart cards.

Who can get Pink Saheli Smart Card?

The Pink Saheli Smart Card is currently available only to women in Delhi. This scheme is not available to women living in the NCR, including Noida, Ghaziabad, or Faridabad. To obtain the smart card, applicants will need an Aadhaar card and a mobile number linked to the card. The applicant must be over 12 years of age to obtain this card.

How will the Pink Saheli Smart Card be made?

Pink Saheli smart cards are being made at 50 locations in Delhi. If you haven't already, you can go and get one made immediately. Smart cards are being made at these counters between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. All you need to do is arrive at these counters with your Aadhaar card, your mobile number linked to your Aadhaar, your Delhi voter ID, and a photo.
