‘True Life Story… Read Now’: Ghaziabad Sisters’ Diary Reveals Final Words, Pictures Deepen Mystery

Fresh and disturbing details have emerged in the case of the suicide of three minor sisters in Ghaziabad’s Bharat City Society, after photographs of their diary and suicide note surfaced on Wednesday. The handwritten words and sketches found at the scene have intensified concerns over the psychological state of the girls and the possible role of online gaming.

The diary recovered by police begins with the words: “True Life Story… Read everything written in this diary, because it is all true. Read now.” Investigators say the note and diary, found inside the flat from where the girls jumped, provide insight into their emotional distress in the days leading up to the incident.

The victims—Nishika (16), Prachi (14), and Pakhi (12)—allegedly jumped from the ninth floor of Flat No. 907, B1 Tower, under the jurisdiction of Tila Mod police station.

‘I’m Really Sorry, Papa’

According to police sources, the diary contains drawings of crying eyes and repeated apologies addressed to their parents. One page reads: “I’m really sorry, Papa… I love you, Mom and Dad.” Several entries also reference their fascination with Korean online games, which investigators believe played a significant role in shaping their mental state.

Police officials say the description of their deaths as a “true life story” raises the possibility of deep psychological pressure or task-based online influence, though no conclusion has yet been reached.

Was the Mobile Phone Ban the Trigger?

Ghaziabad DCP Nimish Patil said preliminary findings indicate that the three sisters were severely addicted to online mobile games. “The girls did not have personal mobile phones and used their parents’ devices. Some time ago, the family restricted their phone usage, as it was affecting their studies,” he said.

Investigators are examining whether this restriction may have acted as an emotional trigger, pushing the girls into distress.

Inseparable in Life, Together in Death

Family members and residents of the society said the sisters were exceptionally close and did everything together—eating, bathing, sleeping, and spending time indoors. On the night of the incident, at around 2 a.m., all three reportedly jumped together from the balcony.

Family Background Under Scrutiny

Police are also probing the family’s background. The girls’ father, Chetan Kumar, is reportedly involved in online trading and had been married twice. Both wives are sisters, and the family had been living together in the same society for the past four years. Investigators are examining whether domestic circumstances and prolonged absence from school contributed to the children’s mental state.

Forensic Examination Key to Answers

All mobile phones used by the family have been seized and sent for forensic analysis. Police say only after the digital data is examined will it be clear which online games the girls were playing, whether those games involved task-based challenges, and if any external influence or instigation was involved.
