‘Prachi Was the Boss’: Ghaziabad Triple Suicide Case Reveals Chilling Details, Father Speaks of Online Gaming Grip

In a deeply disturbing incident that has shocked Uttar Pradesh, three minor sisters allegedly died by suicide after jumping from the ninth floor of their apartment in Ghaziabad’s Bharat City Society. As the investigation unfolds, their father has revealed unsettling details about the girls’ lives, their addiction to online games, and messages found inside their room.

The incident occurred in the early hours of February 4, 2026, around 2 a.m., at Flat No. 907, B1 Tower. Residents rushed out after hearing a loud thud and found the bodies of three girls lying in a pool of blood. Police were immediately informed, and the bodies were sent for post-mortem examination.

The victims have been identified as Nishika (16), Prachi (14), and Pakhi (12).

‘Mobile Games Took Over Their Lives’

The girls’ father, Chetan, said his daughters had been severely addicted to online mobile games for nearly three years. “They were deeply influenced by Korean culture and online games. They always talked about going to Korea,” he said. According to him, the girls had stopped attending school for the past two years and were weak in academics.

Chetan stated that the family had recently banned the use of mobile phones, after which the girls appeared withdrawn. “We were asleep that night. They took our phones, locked the room from inside, and jumped from the balcony. When I heard the noise and tried to enter their room, it was locked,” he recalled.

Father’s Two Marriages and Family Background

Chetan also disclosed that he had been married twice. He said that after having no children from his first marriage, he later married his sister-in-law. “Which father would ever allow his children to die? We did not know that such dangerous tasks could be part of these games,” he said, adding that the family only became aware of the nature of the games after the tragedy.

‘Prachi Gave Orders, the Other Two Followed’

According to the father, Prachi was the dominant one among the three sisters. “She used to say she was the boss, and Nishika and Pakhi followed her instructions,” he said. He added that the girls did everything together, from eating and sleeping to going to the washroom, and would not stay away from their phones even for a moment.

The three sisters were studying in Class 7, 5, and 4, respectively, but had failed their examinations, following which they stopped going to school altogether.

Disturbing Notes Found Inside the Room

Police recovered a suicide note and a diary from the room. The note read: “True Life Story. Read whatever is written in this diary because all this is true. Read now.” Below it was a drawing of a crying man with the words “I’m really sorry Papa.”

The diary contained repeated references to Korean games, and on the wall of the room, investigators found words written in English: “Make me a heart of broken. I am very alone.”

Police Confirm Online Gaming Addiction Angle

Ghaziabad DCP Nimish Patil confirmed that preliminary investigation points to online gaming addiction as a key factor. “The girls did not have personal mobile phones and used their parents’ devices. After the phones were taken away, they were emotionally distressed,” he said.

Police have seized the family’s mobile phones and sent them for forensic examination. The investigation is ongoing, and officials say more clarity will emerge once digital evidence is analyzed.
