Principles of Acharya Chanakya : It will be easy to identify a liar, just remember these 5 principles of Acharya Chanakya

Acharya Chanakya’s five principles explain how to spot a lie. These principles help you understand a person’s intentions and avoid being deceived.

Acharya Chanakya’s principles teach us to distinguish between right and wrong people in life. Often, it’s not easy to catch someone’s lies. Sometimes, we sense something wrong, but we fail to discern the other person’s lies and their true intentions.

To deal with such situations, Acharya Chanakya has outlined five principles that help us recognize the lies hidden within a person’s mind and their intentions. Let’s learn about these five principles.

Stealing glances and eye language
Pay attention to someone’s eyes and gaze when you’re talking. If someone frequently glances away during normal conversation, looks away, or appears uncomfortable when asked questions, don’t immediately believe what they’re saying.

Difference between speech and gesture
When lying, there’s often a discrepancy between what a person says and their body language. They may be saying one thing, but their facial expressions, voice, or behavior may be suggesting something else, so be cautious.

Excessively sweet talk
Some people are overly sweet. While sweet talkers aren’t necessarily wrong, one should be wary of those who overly praise and flatter. Chanakya Niti advises caution against such individuals, as they use overly sweet language for their own selfish ends and, once the task is accomplished, don’t even look back.

Repeatedly clarifying and changing the subject
If someone starts giving excessive explanations to your simple question or repeatedly tries to change the subject, listen carefully. People often resort to unnecessary talk to hide a lie.

Get angry over small things
Some people, fearing being caught lying, become angry instead of answering questions. If someone suddenly becomes angry over a small, simple question, then something is fishy.
