E-KYC:

Land verification:
If you want your installment to remain unsold,
you need to get the land verification done. This involves verifying your cultivable land.
This is also necessary to avail the installment benefits.

Aadhaar Linking:
It is essential to get the Aadhaar linking done so that the installment does not get stuck.
For this, you have to visit your bank branch
and then you can get this work done by meeting the concerned officer there.
