Arya Chanakya was a great thinker, economist, and diplomat. In his book, Chanakya Niti, Chanakya says, "There are as many habits in this world as there are people. Everyone has a different nature. We always want to be with certain people. But there are some people in our lives whom we always try to avoid. We always try to stay away from such people. The main reason behind this is their nature. Some people are very arrogant, short-tempered, and do what they say. No one likes such people. On the contrary, some people are loving, control their anger, and everyone likes such people. Everyone enjoys their company." So, let's find out what Chanakya actually said about this.
Avoid arrogance – Chanakya says that people who are arrogant, even small things hurt their ego, are not liked by anyone. Everyone tries to stay away from such people, so one should avoid arrogance.
Bitter words – Chanakya says that one should always work with sugar in one's mouth and ice in one's head. One should never use harsh words when speaking to others, because people always remember what they say. No one wants bitter people.
Control your anger – Chanakya says that anger is humanity's worst enemy; there's no limit to when it will strike. Furthermore, any decision made in anger is likely to be wrong. No one wants angry people in this world.
Be patient – Chanakya says that many people have a habit of never being patient. They rush everywhere. This habit can cause them great harm and even cause people to lose trust in them. Therefore, one should always be patient.
