Both phones get 50MP selfie cameras

Camera capabilities are another major highlight of the F35 series.

Both smartphones feature a 50MP primary rear camera and a 50MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

The Pro model adds an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 116-degree field of view and dual-axis optical image stabilization.

The standard F35 5G instead gets a 2MP monochrome sensor as its secondary rear camera.

For video recording, the F35 5G can shoot up to 2.5K video, while the Pro model supports 4K video recording at up to 30fps.

Huge 8,000mAh battery with 80W charging

Battery life could be one of the biggest selling points of the new Oppo phones. Both models pack an 8,000mAh battery and support 80W wired fast charging.

Oppo has also focused on durability. Both smartphones carry IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for protection against dust and water under different conditions.

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and USB Type-C. The phones also support GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and BeiDou positioning systems.

Android 16-based ColorOS

For security, the F35 series features an in-display fingerprint scanner as well as face unlock.

Both smartphones run ColorOS 16.5 based on Android 16, bringing Oppo's latest software interface and features to the new devices.

With large batteries, high-refresh-rate AMOLED displays, 50MP selfie cameras and multiple durability certifications, the F35 series is clearly positioned as a feature-heavy option for buyers looking for a premium-style smartphone experience without moving into the flagship segment.
