  • Try to increase your digestive fire by making dietary changes. Start your day with turmeric and ginger tea. This improves fat metabolism.
  • Turmeric and ginger have anti-inflammatory properties. They reduce fat deposits in the liver. This also increases the production of bile juice. This also prevents fat from accumulating in the liver.
  • Include bitter vegetables in your diet. Bitter gourd, fenugreek leaves, and spinach are some of the foods you eat. These improve insulin sensitivity and detoxify the liver.

  • Eat warm, cooked food. This improves agni (fire) and prevents the accumulation of toxins in the body. Instead of cold foods, include dal, soup, and cooked vegetables in your diet.
