If you're planning to buy a new 5G smartphone from Vivo or iQOO, you may now have to spend more. The two brands have increased the prices of their popular Vivo T5x 5G and iQOO Z11x 5G smartphones in India.

The revised prices are now reflected on the companies' official websites, with some variants becoming up to ₹4,000 more expensive than before. After the latest revision, the Vivo T5x 5G now starts at ₹27,999, while the iQOO Z11x 5G starts at ₹24,999.

Vivo T5x 5G New Prices

The Vivo T5x 5G is available in three configurations, and all of them have received a price revision.

• 6GB + 128GB: ₹27,999

• 8GB + 128GB: ₹30,999

• 8GB + 256GB: ₹34,999

The smartphone is offered in Cyber Green, Fusion Red and Star Silver colour options.

When the Vivo T5x 5G was launched in March, its starting price was ₹18,999. It was subsequently increased to ₹24,999, and the latest revision has pushed the price even higher.

iQOO Z11x 5G Also Gets a Price Hike

The iQOO Z11x 5G has also become more expensive across its variants.

Its revised prices are:

• 6GB + 128GB: ₹24,999

• 8GB + 128GB: ₹27,999

• 8GB + 256GB: ₹30,999

The phone comes in Prismatic Green and Titan Black colour options.

At launch, the three variants were priced at ₹18,999, ₹20,999 and ₹22,999 respectively. The latest increase therefore represents a substantial rise from their original launch prices.

Both Phones Come With Similar Hardware

Despite being from different brands, the Vivo T5x 5G and iQOO Z11x 5G share several specifications.

Both smartphones feature a 6.76-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 1,200 nits.

Under the hood, both devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset and pack a massive 7,200mAh battery.

For charging, both support 44W fast charging.

50MP Camera and 32MP Selfie Camera

The Vivo T5x 5G comes with a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP bokeh camera. For selfies and video calls, it gets a 32MP front camera.

The iQOO Z11x 5G also features a 50MP main camera and 2MP bokeh camera, along with a 32MP front camera.

Both phones run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, offering similar software experiences.

Why Have the Prices Increased?

The latest price hike is reportedly linked to the rising cost of smartphone components, particularly DRAM and NAND memory.

Higher memory costs can increase manufacturing expenses, and smartphone brands may pass some of that additional cost on to consumers through revised retail prices.

With the latest increase, buyers looking for these two phones will now need to spend considerably more than they would have at launch. If you're considering either model, checking current offers and discounts could be worthwhile before making a purchase.
