Indian telecom company Vodafone Idea (Vi) has surprised its users. The company has launched 4 new voice-only recharge plans. The company has launched these new recharge plans in compliance with the recent orders issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The company has also made the new voice-only recharge plans live on its website. The cheapest voice-only pack in this is Rs 179. While the most expensive voice-only pack is Rs 206.

Vi introduces new voice-only recharge plans

Rs 179 plan

The company's cheapest voice-only recharge plan is priced at Rs 179. This plan offers unlimited calls, a validity of 25 days, and a total of 300 SMS. It also provides access to the Vi Movies and TV app, through which subscribers can stream content for free.

Rs 189 Plan
: The second recharge plan costs Rs 189. Customers will benefit from unlimited calling and 300 SMS messages. This plan comes with a validity of 28 days. This plan doesn't offer access to the Vi Movies & TV app.

The third recharge plan costs Rs 203
and is valid for 30 days. This plan offers unlimited calling and SMS quota.

Vi's most expensive recharge plan is the Rs. 206 plan
, which offers a full month's validity. This plan offers unlimited calling and 300 SMSes. Like the Rs. 189 and Rs. 203 plans, the Rs. 206 plan also doesn't offer access to the 'Vi Movies & TV' app.

TRAI recently ordered telecom companies to launch voice-only recharge plans that don't include data. Following this TRAI order, telecom companies have now begun launching voice-only recharge plans.
