The incident took place in Satmi Bin Toli Ward-17 of Kuandi Panchayat, Dhamdah village. According to police reports, 30-year-old Neelam caused a disturbance by vandalizing her own house late Thursday night. Neighbors alerted relatives after failing to get a response from inside the house. Upon breaking the door open, they found Neelam unconscious alongside her two children.

Initial investigations reveal deep family turmoil. Neelam is the second wife of Virendra, who had left his first wife to marry her five years ago. The couple had a three-year-old son and a one-year-old daughter.
