Oppo has officially announced the launch date of its upcoming Find X10 series, and the new flagship lineup is expected to bring major upgrades in cameras, battery capacity and performance.

The company is set to unveil the Find X10, Find X10 Pro Max and Find X10E in China on September 22. Oppo is also expected to introduce the Oppo Watch S2 and Enco X4 at the same event.

Among the biggest highlights of the new smartphones are a camera setup featuring 200MP sensors and batteries reportedly reaching 8,000mAh.

Find X10 Series to Launch on September 22

Oppo will officially unveil the Find X10 lineup in China on September 22 at 7 PM local time, which is 4:30 PM in India.

Pre-reservations for the smartphones have already opened in China.

The Find X10 Pro Max is expected to be available in Warm Orange, Moon White and Light Titanium finishes, while the standard Find X10 could arrive in Light Titanium, Ice Blue and Qingcheng Orange.

The company's Watch S2 smartwatch and Enco X4 earbuds are also expected to debut alongside the smartphones.

Up to 1TB Storage

Oppo is expected to offer several RAM and storage configurations for the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max.

The two models could be available with:

  • 12GB RAM + 256GB storage

  • 12GB RAM + 512GB storage

  • 16GB RAM + 512GB storage

  • 16GB RAM + 1TB storage

The Find X10E is expected to be offered in 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB configurations.

New Camera Design

The Find X10 and Find X10E are expected to feature a rounded-square camera module housing three rear cameras.

The Pro Max could get a larger rectangular camera module, with the three cameras arranged alongside a dedicated flash section and an additional sensor.

All three smartphones are expected to feature flat frames and rounded corners, giving them a modern flagship appearance.

Up to Three 200MP Cameras

Photography could be one of the biggest selling points of the Find X10 lineup.

The standard Find X10 is expected to feature two 200MP rear cameras, while the Find X10 Pro Max could reportedly have three 200MP cameras.

Oppo has worked with Hasselblad on the camera system. The company says the new setup is designed to improve image quality while reducing the artificial-looking textures sometimes seen in smartphone photography.

The phones are also expected to feature the second-generation Dancia colour system for improved colour reproduction.

Up to 8,000mAh Battery

Battery capacity could be another major highlight.

The Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max are expected to feature batteries of up to 8,000mAh, which would be considerably larger than what is commonly found in flagship smartphones.

Oppo also claims that the battery technology could provide a lifespan of around five years, although actual battery longevity will depend on usage and charging patterns.

The Find X10 is also expected to feature a Tiangong Screen 2.0 OLED display, developed in collaboration with Tianma. The panel is said to focus on better low-light performance and reduced blue-light exposure.

Powerful New Chipsets

Performance is expected to receive a major upgrade as well.

The Find X10 is rumoured to use a 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600M chipset. It is reportedly based on the Dimensity 9500 platform, with modifications while retaining similar CPU and GPU cores.

The Find X10 Pro Max could go a step further with MediaTek's reportedly first 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset.

Details about the processor powering the Find X10E have not yet been revealed.

With flagship processors, up to 1TB of storage, massive batteries and a 200MP-focused camera system, the Oppo Find X10 series could be one of the company's most ambitious flagship lineups yet. More details, including pricing and availability outside China, are expected to be revealed around the launch.
