Nothing has expanded its Phone 4a series in India by introducing new 6GB RAM variants of the Phone 4a and Phone 4b. The new configurations are aimed at buyers who want the phones' existing features at a lower entry price.

The new variants retain the same core hardware and software experience as the existing models, with the primary difference being the amount of RAM.

Nothing Phone 4a 6GB Price

The new Nothing Phone 4a with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at ₹39,999 in India. The phone can be purchased through Flipkart.

The Phone 4a continues to be available in higher-memory configurations, including:

• 8GB RAM + 256GB storage

• 12GB RAM + 256GB storage

The new 6GB version gives customers another option without requiring them to spend more on additional RAM.

Nothing Phone 4b Gets a New 6GB Variant

The Nothing Phone 4b has also received a new 6GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration, priced at ₹35,999.

The phone is also available in:

• 8GB RAM + 256GB storage — ₹40,999

This makes the 6GB variant the most affordable way to enter the Phone 4b lineup.

Nothing Phone 4a Specifications

The Phone 4a features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The display can reach a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits and supports a touch sampling rate of up to 2,500Hz in gaming mode.

The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 octa-core processor and packs a 5,400mAh battery.

The phone supports dual-SIM connectivity and runs Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16.

Nothing Phone 4b Specifications

The Phone 4b comes with a larger 6,000mAh battery. It features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Samsung Super AMOLED display.

Like the Phone 4a, it supports dual-SIM connectivity and runs Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16.

The new 6GB RAM option does not bring any major hardware changes to the phone. Instead, it gives buyers another storage and memory combination at a lower starting price.
