IMD Alert: The weather in Rajasthan is about to change once again. Due to the activation of a western disturbance, rain and colder weather are expected in many districts of the state. According to the Meteorological Center, Jaipur, light rain and thundershowers are expected in some districts of Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer, and Jaipur divisions on November 27th and 28th. This could cause the minimum temperature in the state to drop further and the chill is expected to increase.

Weather changes in Bihar, mercury will fall in many districts
According to the Bihar Meteorological Service Centre, the temperature is likely to fall by 1 to 2 degrees in the next 48 hours in all the districts except Kaimur, Sasaram, Buxar, Bhojpur, Arwal, Jehanabad, Patna, Aurangabad, Gaya, Nalanda and Nawada.
Westerly winds are reaching speeds of up to 30 km/h, making the cold even more biting. The faster the wind blows, the faster the mercury will drop. Consequently, the minimum temperature is steadily dropping.
Rain forecast for many southern states
The Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts that a low-pressure area is persisting over the southwest Bay of Bengal, southern Sri Lanka, and the surrounding areas of the equatorial Indian Ocean. This impact could cause heavy to very heavy rainfall in Tamil Nadu from November 27th to December 1st. In addition, isolated extremely heavy rainfall is also possible on November 29th and 30th. Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema are also likely to experience heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places on November 29th and 30th, 2025.
