Go to Google Play Store and select the option

The first way to find hidden apps on your phone is to search the Google Play Store. Even if an app is hidden from the app drawer or home screen, it will still be visible on this platform if it hasn't been sideloaded.

To do this, open the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone.
Click your profile in the top-right corner.
Then, click the Manage apps and devices option.
Then, click the Manage tab.
Make sure you select 'Device' at the top.

Use this method for iPhone

If you have an iPhone, your method will be slightly different.

To do this, first go to the App Store and click on your profile photo on the right side of the screen.
Here, select the "Your Apps" option.
You'll see a list of all the apps you've downloaded to your phone.
However, keep in mind that on the App Store, only apps that have an "Open" button are currently installed on your phone. Those that have a "Download" button are considered uninstalled.

Go to Settings and follow these steps

Besides the official app store, an easy way to find hidden apps on your phone is to check the app list in Settings. This will show you all the apps currently installed on your device, even those that are intentionally hidden. However, these options may vary slightly depending on the smartphone manufacturer.
If you have a Google Pixel or Motorola phone, open its Settings.
Here, go to the Apps option and select the See All option at the top.
If you have a Samsung phone, go to Settings and select the Apps option, then click the filter icon and click an option like Installed by You. This will show you a list of downloaded apps.
On iOS, your hidden apps won't immediately appear on the 'Apps' page. Instead, they're hidden in the 'Hidden Apps' menu. These apps can also be found in the 'Hidden Apps' folder within the 'App Library'. However, you'll need Face ID or a passcode to open these apps.
