Talking about her decision to shift to Dubai, Rimi Sen said that the city offers warmth and opportunity to people from across the world. She pointed out that nearly 95 percent of Dubai’s population consists of expatriates, while only a small percentage are locals. According to her, people of all religions are respected equally, with temples and mosques coexisting peacefully.

Rimi also compared the business environment in Dubai with India, stating that Dubai focuses on improving people’s quality of life. She added that frequent policy changes, multiple taxes, and complex regulations in India make things difficult, especially from a business point of view.

Why She Chose Real Estate

Explaining her work in the real estate sector, Rimi said that the industry in Dubai is highly disciplined and well-structured. Developers, agencies, and agents have clearly defined roles, which makes the system transparent and efficient.

She further noted the difference in how real estate agents are treated in Dubai versus India. According to her, agents in Dubai are respected like financial advisors, whereas in India, asking for standard brokerage often leads to negative reactions.

During her acting career, Rimi Sen featured in several popular films, including Golmaal, Baghban, Hera Pheri, Dhoom, Hungama, Garam Masala, Kyon Ki, and Deewane Huye Paagal. She worked alongside top stars such as Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Akshaye Khanna.
