What is water fasting and how is it done:

In the initial days, the body starts feeling tired and weak. As soon as the sugar level in the body decreases, symptoms like hunger, irritability, headache etc. start appearing.
After 2 to 3 days, the body enters ketosis mode, which allows the body to use fat for immediate energy needs. During this stage, appetite decreases, and weight loss occurs rapidly. Fatigue, dizziness, and sometimes bad breath may also occur. After 3 days, the body's cellular purification accelerates, helping to remove accumulated impurities and reducing inflammation.
