Within just five days, the film has reportedly crossed ₹700 crore worldwide, cementing its position as one of the biggest releases of the year.
The overwhelming response to Dhurandhar 2 has had a noticeable impact on other major releases. Several films have already adjusted their schedules to avoid clashing with the blockbuster. Notably, the much-anticipated Hollywood film Project Hail Mary, starring Ryan Gosling, has reportedly been postponed in India for the second time.
Although Project Hail Mary continues to perform strongly on the global stage, its Indian release has been delayed by nearly a week due to the dominant run of Dhurandhar 2 in theatres. The film was initially slated for a worldwide release on March 20 but is now expected to arrive in Indian cinemas on March 26.
