Mathura CO City Bhushan Verma told news agency ANI, "We received information that a building has collapsed in Masani police station area. At present, the work of removing the debris is going on. The Municipal Corporation team is present at the spot with JCB. We are investigating how many people are trapped in the debris." After the incident, people took the youth buried under the debris to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

How did the accident happen?
