The incident of 32-year-old teacher Sanju committing suicide along with her three-year-old daughter in the Dangiyawas area of ​​Jodhpur, Rajasthan, has shocked the entire city. According to the information, Sanju returned home from school on Friday and sat on a chair after sprinkling petrol and set herself and her three-year-old daughter on fire. The innocent daughter died on the spot, while Sanju died during treatment in the hospital.

Sanju's family says that before dying, she named her husband, in-laws, and sister-in-law, who mentally harassed her. But the police say that the doctors had told her that she was not in a position to give a statement. The family told that her in-laws used to mentally harass Sanju and make baseless allegations about her character.

'In-laws tortured me mentally'

Sanju's father Omji said that my daughter was mentally harassed by her husband and in-laws. Due to this compulsion, she took this step. My three-year-old granddaughter also died in this accident. Her in-laws forced her to stay in the village. The police have recovered the suicide note from the Geography lab of the school.

Her father-in-law told me that She had tried to commit suicide and asked me to come home. But they left her lying in the village and did not take her to the hospital. There were two cars parked in the house, one of which we had given to our daughter, yet they did not bother to take him to the hospital.

Sanju's uncle, Hukmaram Bishnoi, said that my niece was educated and intelligent. When we arrived at the spot, people were standing and watching. I reached there with the police. No one had even tried to cover her. We covered her with a sheet and immediately took her to the hospital. Before dying, she took three names: her husband Dilip, her in-laws, and her sister-in-law. She said that these people tortured me a lot. She wanted to take more names. But she could not speak. She was forced into this state.
