WhatsApp Business required: This auto-reply feature is not available on normal WhatsApp, for this you will have to download the 'WhatsApp Business' app and create a profile on it.
Greeting and Away Messages: To set this up on Android or iPhone, go to 'Business Tools' in Settings and enable 'Greeting Messages' for new people and 'Away Messages' for when you're unavailable.
