The weather is set to change once again today in many states across the country. Due to the influence of a western disturbance, the weather in North India may change today. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain, strong winds, and hailstorms in several states of North India, including Delhi-NCR.

On the other hand, the North-East monsoon is going to become active in South India. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy to very heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe. The Meteorological Department has also issued an alert of heavy rains in some parts of coastal Andhra Pradesh and South Interior Karnataka. The weather is likely to change in different parts of the country for the next few days. The department has issued an alert of hailstorm in some places in Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Western Uttar Pradesh and Eastern Rajasthan.

Due to the influence of a western disturbance, an alert has been issued for light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder, lightning, and strong winds in many parts of western and eastern Rajasthan today. The weather impact may be more visible in the Bikaner division of western Rajasthan and surrounding areas. According to the Meteorological Department, rain may occur in Bikaner, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu, Nagaur, Phalodi, and surrounding areas of western Rajasthan.

There is a possibility of hailstorm in these districts of Rajasthan.
Today and tomorrow, thunder, lightning and strong winds with speed of 30 to 40 kmph can blow in many areas including Jaipur, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dausa, Dholpur, Karauli, Sawai Madhopur, Deeg, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Khairthal-Tijara and Kotputli-Behror. Today, there is a possibility of hailstorm in some areas including Alwar, Deeg, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Khairthal-Tijara and Kotputli-Behror.
