National Weather Forecast: Rain warning in 15 states and union territories, weather will change in Rajasthan from tomorrow

Many states across the country are experiencing no respite from rain even in October. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain and bad weather for today as well. Heavy rain is possible in many areas of Uttarakhand. The Meteorological Department has forecast rain for today in a total of 15 states and union territories.

The department has issued an alert for Uttarakhand, South Interior Karnataka, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Chhattisgarh, Eastern Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Odisha, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Lakshadweep. Meanwhile, people in Rajasthan are facing intense heat during the day.

The weather remained largely dry across the state, with Pilani recording a maximum temperature of 39.7 degrees Celsius. Dry weather is expected across most of the state today. The weather is expected to change tomorrow. Temperatures may drop by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the coming days.

Weather may change in these districts from tomorrow
According to the Meteorological Department, light to moderate rain with cloudy sky, thundershowers and strong winds may occur in some districts of Bikaner division and Shekhawati region on Saturday and Sunday. Weather change may be seen in Bikaner, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu, Sikar and adjoining districts including Jhunjhunu. Weather is likely to remain dry in most parts of eastern and western Rajasthan. Along with the capital Jaipur, there is no rain alert in major cities including Ajmer, Alwar, Bharatpur, Kota, Udaipur and Jodhpur.
