The actress has bought a sprawling duplex penthouse in Pali Hill, Bandra West — a location synonymous with some of the biggest names in the Indian film industry.

According to reports, the plush property comes with a jaw-dropping price tag of ₹78.20 crore and offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. Spread across the 14th and 15th floors, Kriti’s new residence covers an impressive 6,636 sq ft of built-up area. The Economic Times reported that the actress purchased the penthouse at a rate of approximately ₹1.18 lakh per sq ft. The property is jointly registered in the names of Kriti Sanon and her mother. As part of the transaction, the star paid ₹3.91 crore in stamp duty. When factoring in GST and other associated charges, the total cost of the deal exceeds ₹84.16 crore.
