“I was a diabetic… but then my life changed!”
Speaking at an event, Amit Shah said, "I used to be diabetic; but after May 2020, I made major changes to my routine." He explained that four things: proper sleep, plenty of water, a balanced diet, and regular exercise, changed the course of his life. Because of this, his fitness journey is being widely discussed across the country.
“I achieved fitness without any pharmacy!”
Making a surprising claim, he said, "Today I stand before you without taking any allopathic medicine or insulin." His statement sparked a discussion among the audience. He said that despite having diabetes for a long time, he managed it through lifestyle changes without relying on medication.
Amit Shah further stated that these consistent changes resulted in his weight loss of over 20
kg. According to him, major changes don't happen suddenly, but rather, small, everyday habits can transform lives.
"Two hours of exercise and six hours of sleep are essential,"
he said, conveying to the youth that it's important to keep both body and mind fit. He clearly stated that,
At least 2 hours of exercise and at least 6 hours of sleep every day are also very important for health.
Discipline and balance are the real keys
According to him, the biggest support for diabetes control is a disciplined lifestyle. A home-cooked and balanced diet, avoiding processed foods, reducing sugar intake, and regular walking or yoga are essential.
He said, "Health doesn't come from shortcuts. It's small changes made consistently that yield big results."
