Ghee is extremely important for the digestive system.
When and how much ghee should be given?
Introduce ghee to children after 6 months. Children aged 6 to 12 months should be given 1 teaspoon of ghee daily. Children aged 1 to 3 years should be given 5-10 ml of ghee daily. Do not give ghee directly to children. Mix it into dal, khichdi, or porridge.
