A foul odor, a thick, curd-like discharge, or a sudden change in color are all undesirable. Many women experience vaginal wetness throughout the day and weakness along with the discharge. Drink cumin, coriander and fennel water
- Vaginal wetness throughout the day is often caused by increased phlegm or bile. It can also be caused by hormonal imbalances.
- In such a situation, this water helps in digestion and balancing the doshas.
- It also helps balance hormones. This water is rich in antibacterial and antifungal properties. It balances the pH of the vagina and reduces itching, discharge, and odor.
- Drinking this water relieves vaginal discharge, back pain and fatigue and strengthens metabolism.
- You have to take half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, half a teaspoon of coriander seeds and half a teaspoon of fennel seeds.
- Soak it in a glass of water overnight and boil it till it reduces to about half in the morning and drink it once a day.
Drink rice water
- Experts say that rice water is considered very beneficial in Ayurveda. It not only provides relief from white discharge but also helps with UTIs.
- It is also easy to digest and helps relieve heavy periods and bleeding disorders.
- Experts say that it has a cooling effect and thus reduces body heat.
- You have to wash 1 bowl of rice once.
- After this, put it in an earthen pot or a stainless steel vessel.
- Fill it with water and leave it for a few hours.
- Mash the rice a little in water.
- Filter it and fill it in a glass and you can drink it anytime throughout the day.
- You don't have to store it, make it fresh every day.
