How to Make Paneer Nirvana
Step 1: Marinate the Paneer
In a bowl, combine turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, oil, and curry leaves. Coat the paneer slices evenly with the mixture and allow them to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Pan-Fry Until Golden
Heat a pan and lightly grease it with oil. Place the marinated paneer slices on the pan and cook until lightly golden on both sides. Avoid overcooking to keep the paneer soft and juicy.
Step 3: Prepare the Flavor Base
Lightly grease a clay pot or deep pan. Line it with a banana leaf and arrange the fried paneer slices on top.
