According to Masood Azhar, these terrorists are ready to attack at any time. In this audio, he is seen trying to incite his supporters by talking about martyrdom. In the audio, Masood Azhar says, "These are not one, not two, not a hundred, not even a thousand. If I were to reveal the full number, there would be an uproar in the world media tomorrow." The incitement can be clearly heard in Masood Azhar's voice.

Neither do they ask that their debts be cleared, nor do they ask that they get a wife, nor do they ask that they get a house, nor do they ask that they get a shop, nor do they ask that their children become obedient, nor do they ask that they get a visa to Europe, nor do they ask that they get a visa to America, nor do they ask Allah for a car, nor do they ask for the latest motorcycles, nor do they ask Allah for an iPhone.

They ask Allah, Allah grant me martyrdom. Put me in the heart of the rich, make me number one, put me ahead, they get all kinds of recommendations done. The terrorist said, they write letters to me and threaten me, send me quickly, otherwise this will happen, or that will happen.
