There's good news for ration card holders. The government has launched a new online facility for those whose ration cards have been disabled due to e-KYC or other technical issues. You can reinstate your name in the food ration list using a simple mobile app. Learn the A-Z process for activating your ration card.

Easy online process to activate ration card
Download 'Mera Ration' app: First of all, download the official app 'Mera Ration' from Google Play Store.
Register: After opening the app, login using your ration card number or Aadhaar card number.
Check Aadhaar Seeding: Click on the 'Aadhaar Seeding' option in the app. Here you will see a list of your family members who are not linked to the Aadhaar ration card. Those whose names are shown in red or 'No' will have to complete their KYC.
Update information: If your information is incorrect, go to the 'Eligibility' option given in the app and correct it.

An offline option is also available.
If the app isn't working, you can visit your nearest Setu office or Tehsildar office and fill out Form No. 8 in the supplies section. It's important to attach a photocopy of your Aadhaar card and old ration card.
