Watermelon Death Case Mumbai: Initial forensic investigations have revealed that the vital organs of the deceased had turned green. According to reports, the brains, hearts, and intestines of the deceased had turned green.
Four members of the Dodia family died under suspicious circumstances in Mumbai's Pydhuni area. Now, shocking new information has emerged, raising police suspicions. Initial investigations suggested food poisoning after eating watermelon, but now doctors suspect poisoning.
Initial forensic tests revealed that the vital organs of the deceased had turned green. Reports indicate that the brains, hearts, and intestines of the deceased had turned green. Experts say this condition is quite different from typical food poisoning.
Doctors expressed the possibility of poisoning
Doctors have expressed suspicion that the deaths of all four individuals may have been caused by poisoning. Doctors believe that when such changes are observed in multiple organs simultaneously, it indicates the spread of a toxic substance within the body. These new findings have further deepened the police's suspicions regarding the deaths of the four individuals. Furthermore, traces of morphine have also been found in Abdullah's body. Consequently, the police suspect that this may have been a conspiracy, a murder disguised as food poisoning.
Did becoming a witness become the reason for the death of the family?
Additionally, police have launched an investigation into the business dealings and banking transactions of the family patriarch, Abdullah Dokadia. Abdullah Dokadia was a witness in a case. A crime was registered at the D.N. Nagar police station in 2019. A woman had lent money to a real estate developer in Jogeshwari. The developer sent Abdullah to collect the money, but the developer later failed to return it. In 2019, the woman filed a fraud complaint at the D.N. Nagar police station.
Abdullah was a witness in this case, and his testimony was considered crucial. The case was scheduled to be heard in 2026, but the sudden deaths of Abdullah and his family members before that date have further fueled suspicion. Police are now investigating the case, including the possibility that his testimony may have been the cause of death.
