Hyderabad's Malkajgiri Police Commissioner, V. Samuthi, conducted a special undercover operation to review women's safety in the city. She took to the streets in the dark of night disguised as a civilian. In a shocking incident, she was molested by 40 men.

V. Samuthi was standing at the Dilsukhnagar bus stop between 12:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. in civilian clothes. Despite being the Police Commissioner, no one recognized her. During this three-hour period, 40 men misbehaved with her. Surprisingly, these men included not just drunkards, but also highly educated students and employees of private companies. These men asked Samuthi very rude questions, such as, "What will be your rate?"

While all this was happening, a team of plainclothes police was stationed some distance away. Anyone who attempted misbehavior was immediately arrested. According to reports, all of them have been identified. Sumati has instructed these individuals on how to behave with women and has ordered strict action.
