  • Put all the ingredients together in the grinder.
  • Grind it well and make a fine powder.
  • Store it in a clean and airtight jar.
  • This paste can be easily used for 2-3 weeks.

How to take Natural Sleep Tonic?

  • Mix 1/2 teaspoon of the powder in a cup of lukewarm milk (A2 or almond milk) before going to bed at night.
