Will Arjun Tendulkar and Prithvi Shaw Play Together for India? Prithvi Opens Up About His Big Dream

Prithvi Shaw, once hailed as one of India’s brightest young batsmen, has faced tough times recently, struggling to find form even in domestic cricket and missing out on the IPL. However, Shaw is determined to turn things around. In a recent interview, he openly spoke about his ambitions and shared a heartfelt desire.

Prithvi revealed that his dream is to win both the ODI and T20 World Cups for India. What makes this dream even more special is his wish to achieve it alongside his childhood friend Arjun Tendulkar, son of the legendary Sachin Tendulkar. The two have grown up together, learning the game side by side.

When asked if he sees himself opening the batting while Arjun opens the bowling for Team India, Shaw said confidently, “Absolutely. Why not?” He emphasized that the next World Cups are very much on his mind.

Shaw also candidly admitted his past mistakes that led to his career’s dip. He confessed to making poor decisions, losing focus on cricket, and falling into the wrong company, which distracted him from his true potential.
