Who can get Ayushman card? After checking eligibility, apply online like this

Who can get Ayushman card?

The benefit of Ayushman Bharat Yojana can be availed only by those people whose name is included in the list of SECC 2011 or who are considered eligible in the records of National Health Authority (NHA). Apart from this, those people who work in the unorganized sector, are financially very weak, those who are not members of PF, or those who do not get the benefit of ESIC can also apply for Ayushman card under this scheme.

How to get Ayushman card

Before getting Ayushman card, you have to check whether you are eligible or not.

To check eligibility, go to the website mera.pmjay.gov.in.

Enter your mobile number there and login through OTP.

After this, search by entering your name, mobile number, ration card or name of any family member.

If your name appears in the list then you are eligible to avail the benefits of Ayushman Yojana.

How to get Ayushman card online (Apply for Ayushman Card Online)

First of all go to the government portal beneficiary.nha.gov.in.

Login there through your mobile number.

Complete the verification by entering OTP.

After login, the beneficiary dashboard will open. In this, enter the name of the scheme (PMJAY), state, sub scheme (PMJAY), district and Aadhaar number and search.

After this, the list of your family members will appear.

Click on the “Action” button given in front of the names of the family members.

Complete the OTP based e-KYC process through Aadhaar number.

If your Aadhaar verification is successful and the matching score is more than 80%, then your Ayushman card will be approved.

After this, go to the “Capture Photo” option and upload the photo.

A new form will open in which fill all the information asked.

Finally click on the “Submit” button.
