Recently, a video of people sitting on the street, eating and drinking from plates, has gone viral. Many are eating on paper, while someone is serving the food. Judging by the video, it appears they are in a picnic mood. Recently, a video of one such incident went viral on social media. After watching the video, netizens questioned the family's civic sense.

The video of the incident was posted by the Instagram handle 'OneComic.in'. The video has been viewed thousands of times. Many netizens also commented, most of them taunting the people in the video.

However, as the video went viral, a family living in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, explained the situation to the media. A family member stated that they had gone to Menal Falls with their family on the occasion of Hariyali Amavasya. On their way back to Chittorgarh, they stopped for lunch at a rest area along NH-27. They claimed they were there for only 15 minutes. They did not sit on the main road or cause any traffic problems, as no vehicles ply on that route. They also said that their car was parked on the left side of the highway before they sat down to eat.
