Video: Cruelty crosses all limits… Cow forced to drink alcohol during Holi celebrations, enraged as video goes viral
Although Holi is a festival of joy and colors, many people are found engaging in misdeeds during this festival. Sometimes, women are molested, sometimes people are harassed without reason, taking advantage of the crowd. However, recently, some people have crossed all limits. A video of an incident is going viral on social media in which people playing Holi are seen forcibly feeding alcohol to a cow. Feeding animals harmful drinks like alcohol can be dangerous for their health. The incident depicted in the video is shameful for humanity, and as soon as it went viral, netizens are demanding legal action against those involved.
What happened in the video?
In this viral video, a drunken man forcibly feeds alcohol to a mute animal, a cow, in the name of Holi. On one hand, the cow is considered a mother, yet on the other, it is subjected to such cruelty. This incident is truly tragic, highlighting the cruelty of humans. In the video, two young men are seen forcibly opening the cow's mouth and feeding it alcohol. This incident is reportedly taking place in Haryana.
People have demanded strict action against the young men from the Haryana police and administration. In India, under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (PCA Act), drugging, torturing, or overworking any animal is a punishable offense. Serious charges could be filed against the accused in this case.
The video was shared by an ex-account named @streetdogsofbombay. The video has already received millions of views, and thousands of users have commented on the video, sharing their reactions. One user wrote, "Holi has become a favorite festival of drug addicts. No one celebrates it anymore; people are busy with meat, alcohol, and pornography. Only children and a select few celebrate it." Another user wrote, "They should be put in jail," and yet another, "Disgusting. How could anyone even think of doing this?"
