Several trains will be cancelled in Delhi-NCR on September 11-13. Many will be diverted or rescheduled. Several trains, including the Rajdhani, Tejas, and Sampoorna Kranti Express, will be affected. Passengers are advised to check their status before traveling. We provide complete information about those trains here.
New Delhi. Rail passengers in Delhi-NCR may face increased difficulties between September 11th and 13th. Northern Railway has issued a plan for train cancellations, diversions, and rescheduling during this period. As a result, several local trains on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Palwal route will be affected. Additionally, the routes of several long-distance trains have been altered. Some trains will depart late, while others will originate or terminate at other stations along the route. Trains in Delhi NCR will be affected for three days from tomorrow.
Many major trains including Rajdhani have been diverted.
Due to the disruption in rail traffic, several Rajdhani Express routes have been changed. Some Rajdhani trains originating from New Delhi will operate via Delhi Junction-Sahibabad.
Additionally, several trains, including the Sampoorna Kranti Express, Gomti Express, Vaishali Express, Magadh Express, and Swatantrata Senani Express, have been diverted. Passengers traveling on these trains are advised to check their train routes and station information in advance.
Many trains will be running late on September 11
Many major trains departing from New Delhi on September 11 will run late from their scheduled time.
Hyderabad Express – 120 minutes re-schedule
Chennai Grand Trunk Express – 120 minutes re-schedule
Tejas Rajdhani, Mumbai – 50 minutes
Tejas Rajdhani, Rajendra Nagar – 50 minutes
Poorva Express – 35 minutes
Agra Intercity – 20 minutes
This means that passengers of these trains must check the latest status of the train before reaching the station.
Many trains were affected on September 12 as well.
Several trains have also been rescheduled for September 12. Some trains departing from Amritsar have been rescheduled by 60 to 70 minutes.

Tejas Rajdhani, Bhubaneswar – 20 minutes late
Chennai Express – 50 minutes late
Lucknow Mail – 10 minutes late
Passengers will have to wait on September 13 as well
. The operation of many trains will be affected on September 13 as well.

Important news for local train passengers also
Local train passengers in Delhi-NCR may be the most affected. Several local trains on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Palwal route will be cancelled. Some trains will originate or terminate at intermediate stations instead of running their full route. This may force daily train commuters to make alternative arrangements.
