Three major accidents occurred on Rajasthan's roads in a single day. A driver was burned alive in a burning container on the Dausa Expressway, and four people were injured in a bike collision in Sirohi. The biggest suspense unfolded in Jaipur, where the driver of a car that caught fire fled after removing its license plates.
Jaipur/Dausa/Sirohi: Rajasthan's roads witnessed bloody accidents and fires on Friday. Three major incidents in a single day have raised serious questions about the state's traffic safety. In some cases, speeding claimed lives, while in others, a driver was reduced to ashes in a burning container.
Dausa: Horrible game of fire on the expressway
The most horrific accident occurred in the Rahuvas police station area of Dausa district on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. A container suddenly caught fire and quickly engulfed the entire vehicle. CCTV footage shows that the uncontrolled container first hit a signboard pole, igniting the fire. Unfortunately, the driver was unable to exit the vehicle and was burned alive on the spot. The container was filled with non-vegetarian food, which further fueled the fire. Rahuvas police and fire brigade teams fought for hours to control the fire and sent the body for a post-mortem.
Sirohi: The havoc of high speed
Meanwhile, the havoc of high speed was witnessed on Bhula Road in the Rohida police station area of Sirohi district. On Monday evening, two motorcycles collided head-on with such force that both vehicles were completely destroyed. Both riders were seriously injured in the accident and were rushed to the hospital by 108 ambulance. Following the accident, panic descended upon the entire area, and the police have launched an investigation.
Jaipur: Mysterious driver, burning XUV
The third major accident occurred near Ghughra village on the Jaipur National Highway. A luxury SUV suddenly caught fire due to a short circuit. The driver, showing presence of mind, immediately stopped the car on the side of the road, averting a major tragedy. However, the most mysterious incident is that after the fire broke out, the driver removed the car's license plates and fled the scene. Fortunately, with the help of local residents, the fire was brought under control in time, and there were no casualties, although the car's interior was completely burned to ashes. These three incidents illustrate how disregard for safety rules and unexpected dangers can be fatal on Rajasthan's roads.
