What is Message Pinning?
Message Pinning allows users to keep important messages prominently displayed at the top of their chats, eliminating the need to repeatedly scroll through long chats to find that information.
This feature can be useful in individual chats as well as group conversations.
How to pin messages?
Press and hold the message you want to pin and select Pin from the available options. WhatsApp also offers the option to select a time period for the pinned message. The message can be unpinned when no longer needed.
