The post-wise eligibility criteria for 207 Specialist Cadre Officer posts is given below:
Zonal Head:
MBA degree from a recognized university with 60% marks.
Certification in CFP, CFA, NISM VA, or NISM 21-A.
Must have 15 years of experience in the relevant field.
The age limit for the post is 35 to 50 years.
Regional Head:
MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with 60% marks. Certification in CFP, CFA, NISM VA, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A. Must have 12 years of experience in a relevant field. The age limit for this position is 35 to 50 years.
Relationship Manager-Team Lead:
Bachelor's degree in any field. Eight years of work experience. The age limit for this position is 35 to 50 years.
Investment Manager-Team Lead:
Educational and professional requirements for the post should be as specified by the bank along with relevant experience and age criteria.
Investment Officer:
Master's/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, or Actuarial Science. Or possess a CFA or CA qualification. Must have 6 years of experience in the relevant field. The age limit for this position is 28 to 42 years.
Vice President-Wealth:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Six years of work experience.
The age limit for the post is 28 to 42 years.
Recruitment on Contract Basis:
Selected candidates will be appointed on a five-year contract, which
may be extended for up to four years.
The stated annual CTC is not fixed and subject to negotiation.
CTC depends on experience, current salary, and location of posting.
