Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor has made another major investment in real estate. After purchasing property in Ayodhya earlier this year, the actor has now acquired a massive piece of land in Pune’s Mulshi area. The deal, worth over ₹16 crore, has once again highlighted Ranbir’s growing interest in luxury properties and long-term investments.

Ranbir Kapoor Purchases 25.7 Acres in Pune

According to property registration details, Ranbir Kapoor has bought 25.7 acres of agricultural land in Pimpri village of Mulshi taluka, Pune district.

The property consists of four adjoining land parcels with a combined area of around 1,04,000 square metres. The registration of these plots was completed on April 30, 2026.

The land was purchased from Shriram Luthra, Naveen Shriram Luthra, and Mala Umesh Mehta.

Details of the Land Deal

The four plots purchased by Ranbir Kapoor include:

• The largest plot measures around 43,800 square metres and was valued at approximately ₹7.08 crore.
• Another plot of around 29,900 square metres was purchased for nearly ₹4.62 crore.
• A third plot measuring around 21,400 square metres cost about ₹3.32 crore.
• The smallest plot of around 8,900 square metres was acquired for nearly ₹1.40 crore.

The total value of the transaction comes to approximately ₹16.42 crore. The actor also paid around ₹82 lakh as stamp duty for the registration.

Ranbir’s Growing Interest in Real Estate

This is not Ranbir Kapoor’s first major property investment. Earlier, the actor purchased land in Ayodhya as part of a premium residential project near the Saryu River.

The Ayodhya property, spread across around 2,134 square feet, was reportedly purchased for approximately ₹3.31 crore. The project is being developed as a luxury destination with premium facilities.

From Vastu Apartment to Krishna Raj Bungalow

Ranbir Kapoor currently lives with his family at the newly constructed Krishna Raj Bungalow, built on the site of the Kapoor family’s old residence.

Before moving there, Ranbir stayed at the Vastu apartment, which he later rented out. The apartment, purchased years ago, was reportedly leased for a five-year period at a monthly rent of around ₹11 lakh.

The luxurious home was designed by Gauri Khan, who is known for her work in interior design.

Ranbir Kapoor’s Upcoming Film Projects

On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor has several major projects lined up. The actor will soon be seen in “Ramayana Part 1”, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The film is among the most ambitious Indian cinema projects and is expected to arrive during the festive season.

The second part of the epic adaptation is also planned for release later.

Apart from this, Ranbir will feature in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited film “Love and War”, which has created significant buzz among movie fans.
