Meanwhile, Kala Jathedi, during the hearing of the parole petition, demanded from the court that he and his wife have to carry forward the lineage, for which the gangster should be given 6 hours parole.

At the same time, after hearing all the arguments, the judge refused to grant parole to the gangster, but the judge also agreed with an argument of Jathedi's lawyer and he approved the IVF procedure of gangster Jathedi in jail.

The order said that the doctors should collect the necessary samples from Jathedi inside Tihar Jail between 6 and 7 am on June 14. On the other hand, Jathedi's wife is undergoing IVF treatment from doctors of a private hospital in Gurugram.

After this, permission was given to go to Tihar for sample collection. Jathedi's lawyer Dalal had argued in the court that interim parole is necessary due to the time-sensitive nature of IVF.
