Important news has emerged for farmers. The government is running the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM Kisan Samman Nidhi) scheme to provide financial assistance to farmers. Currently, farmers are awaiting the 24th installment. A major update has emerged regarding this.

According to reports, the 23rd installment was credited to farmers' accounts on June 20th. There's a gap of approximately four months between the two installments. Therefore, the 24th installment is expected to be released in October 2026. Since October coincides with festivals like Dussehra and Diwali, installments are expected to be received during these months. However, the central government has not yet announced an official date for the 24th installment. Therefore, farmers should not rely on any unverified dates.

Under the PM Kisan scheme, eligible farmers are given a total of ₹6,000 a year in three installments of ₹2,000 each. This amount is deposited directly into the beneficiaries' bank accounts.

In the meantime, farmers must complete their documentation and the necessary procedures to receive their next installment. If e-KYC isn't complete or their bank account isn't linked to Aadhaar, the installment is likely to be delayed. Therefore, farmers should check their beneficiary status by visiting the PF Kisan Portal.

Farmers should check that their e-KYC, Aadhaar linking, and bank account information are correct in a timely manner. The exact details regarding the 24th installment will only be clear after the official date is announced.
