PM Kisan 23rd Installment Not Credited: The 23rd installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has been released, but the ₹2,000 amount has not yet reached the accounts of many beneficiaries. If your installment is also stuck, there's no need to worry.
PM Kisan 23rd Installment: The 23rd installment of the Central Government's ambitious 'Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana' has been transferred to crores of farmers of the country. Under this, an honorarium of Rs 2,000 has been sent to the bank accounts of eligible farmers. However, there are still many farmers in the country whose accounts have not been credited with this installment. If you are also included in these, then instead of panicking, focus on rectifying your shortcomings. Often the money gets stuck due to technical flaws or incomplete documents. As soon as these mistakes are rectified, the stuck amount will be credited to your account.
Complete the mandatory e-KYC process immediately
The government has made e-KYC mandatory to continue receiving benefits under the PM Kisan Yojana . The government has not yet transferred the 23rd installment to the accounts of farmers whose e-KYC process is still incomplete. To resolve this issue, affected farmers can visit the scheme's official web portal or their nearest Common Service Center (CSC) to successfully complete their e-KYC through biometrics.
Lack of land verification is also a major reason
If your e-KYC is complete and you still haven't received your money, the second most likely reason is pending land verification. The government has mandated physical and digital verification of land records to prevent fraud. If you haven't had your agricultural land verified by the department, your installment will be withheld. To receive the benefits of this scheme without any interruptions, contact your relevant revenue officer or agriculture department and have this work done immediately.
Linking bank account with Aadhaar and Farmer ID is mandatory
- If your bank account is not linked to Aadhaar card, the amount of Rs 2,000 sent through DBT will not reach your account.
- Under the PM Kisan Yojana, it has now become mandatory for every beneficiary to have his/her unique Farmer ID .
- It is very important that the spelling of your name and other details recorded in your bank account, Aadhaar card, government records match correctly.

Check NPCI mapping of bank account
Another technical reason for installment delays is that the bank account is not mapped to the NPCI. Sometimes, farmers' accounts are active, but they are not activated for Aadhaar-based payments. You will need to visit your bank branch to verify that your account is active in accordance with Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) rules.
If the problem is not resolved, register your complaint here.
If, even after completing all the necessary procedures and completing the documents described above, the 23rd installment of ₹2,000 hasn't been credited to your bank account, you can officially file a complaint. Farmers can call the official PM Kisan Yojana helpline numbers or visit the agriculture office at their district headquarters to present their problem to the officials, where it will be resolved immediately.
