Method of making Paneer Samosa

Take flour in a vessel and add salt, celery and oil for kneading. Now mix it well with hands. After this, knead a hard dough by adding water little by little. Now cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry ginger and green chillies in it. Now you have to add mashed potatoes and paneer in it and also add red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala and salt and mix. After frying for some time, add green coriander and turn off the gas. Let the stuffing cool down.

Now make small balls of kneaded dough and roll them in oval shape with a rolling pin. Now cut it from the middle and divide it into two parts. Take one part and apply some water in it and make a cone. Now fill the prepared stuffing in it and stick the edges from above.

After this, heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes medium hot, add samosas one by one and fry on low flame till they become golden.

Serve hot paneer samosas with green chutney, tamarind chutney or tomato sauce. These samosas are perfect as a tiffin for kids, a snack for guests, or as an evening tea.
