OnePlus is all set to expand its budget smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the new OnePlus N6 Lite. The company has officially confirmed that the smartphone will be launched in the Indian market on September 22, 2026.
The upcoming phone is expected to focus heavily on battery life and display performance. It is tipped to feature a large 6.75-inch flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Aqua Touch support. Its biggest highlight could be the massive 7,000mAh battery, which OnePlus claims can deliver up to three days of usage on a single charge.
The smartphone is also expected to come with several AI-powered features designed to enhance the overall user experience.
6.75-inch 120Hz Display and 7,000mAh Battery
The OnePlus N6 Lite is expected to sport a 6.75-inch flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen will reportedly support Aqua Touch, which should make touch interactions more responsive even when the display is wet.
The phone's battery could be one of its biggest selling points. OnePlus is expected to equip it with a 7,000mAh battery, with the company claiming up to three days of battery life on a full charge. Fast-charging support is also expected.
Alongside the hardware, the smartphone is said to offer AI-based features aimed at making everyday usage more convenient.
Processor and Camera Details Still Unclear
There are conflicting reports about the processor that will power the OnePlus N6 Lite.
Some leaks suggest that the smartphone could be powered by a Unisoc T7250 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. One report also points to 15W charging support.
However, another leak claims that OnePlus could use a MediaTek Dimensity 6360 processor instead. The company has not officially confirmed the processor specifications yet.
For photography, the smartphone is expected to feature a dual-camera setup on the rear. The setup could include a 13MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary camera.
