Material to make

  • 3 cups - wheat flour
  • 1 cup – refined flour
  • 2 tbsp – ghee
  • 2 cups – water
  • dry flour
  • Ghee
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt – as per taste
  • 1/2 cup – Onion
  • Green chillies – as per taste
  • 4 tbsp – coriander leaves

Method of preparation

  • To make Mughlai Paratha, first mix wheat flour and refined flour.
  • Now add two tablespoons of ghee and mix it.
  • Knead it softly.
  • Now keep it for 2 to 3 hours.
  • After this, divide the dough into four balls.
  • Now cover it and keep it for 15 minutes.
  • Now heat the pan on the gas.
  • Roll the dough into a circular shape.
  • Now, keeping the flame high, put the roti on the pan.
  • After this, break an egg and put it on it.
  • Add onion, salt, green chilli and green coriander on top of it.
  • Now reduce the flame to medium and fold the paratha from all sides.
  • After this, apply ghee on it and roast it well.
  • After it is completely fried from inside, apply ghee on its upper part also.
  • Roast it till it becomes golden brown.
  • Now serve it with curd or chutney.
