How to get discount?

Beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana receive a subsidy of ₹300 per LPG cylinder. This scheme began in May 2016. It provides subsidies on three cylinders per year. This will provide support to poor families. There are approximately 100 million beneficiaries of the PM Ujjwala Yojana, who receive the subsidy.

How much will you get the cylinder for?

According to the Indian Oil Corporation website, the price of an LPG cylinder has increased to ₹913 after the price hike. A subsidy of ₹300 will be provided, meaning beneficiaries will receive the cylinder for ₹613. The Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana provides free LPG connections.
